Louis
General Contractor and President
Louis, a veteran of the construction industry with an impressive 29 years of experience, brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to every project. Between his many construction accomplishments, he can proudly list the realization of the interiors of Mayo Clinic, Florida Blue, Aetna, Hard Rock Cafe, Margaritaville, Daytona State College and many more. Beyond his professional achievements, he enjoys the precision and strategy of a good round of golf and the serenity of a hike through nature’s beauty. Man of deeply personal values, Louis is the anchor of a big beautiful family.
Rosalia
Estimator and Interior Designer
After earning her bachelor’s degree in engineering, Rosalia pursued further specialization in Interior Design, draw to the creative possibilities within Milan, Italy. Her Milanese design aesthetic is characterized by clean lines, elegant materials and a deep understanding of spatial dynamics. Outside her professional life, Rosalia is a devoted mother of her six children. In her free time, she loves to lace up her running shoes and hit the pavement for an energizing race. She also enjoys reading with her children and cooking some good Italian dishes!
Zack
Construction Coordinator
Zack, a highly qualified professional with over ten years of experience in construction and remodeling, possesses a diverse skill set extending beyond the blueprint. His dedication to crafting homes is matched by his passion for the outdoors. Whether he is scaling mountain trails on his bike or relaxing on a beach, Zack’s adventurous spirit balances his professional expertise. With his charismatic energy and positive demeanor, Zack always delivers the best results for all of our projects.
Brian
Business Development Specialist
Brian Pastorini is a relationship-driven Business Development Specialist at Mediterranean Design and Development, serving Northeast Florida. Based in Jacksonville, he is known for building strong connections, identifying opportunities, and helping clients grow through strategic partnerships. With experience as a Special Projects Manager and a legacy rooted in construction, Brian brings a hands-on understanding of complex projects and a commitment to delivering results. He is actively involved in organizations such as NEFBA, ABC First Coast, and JAX Chamber, strengthening his presence across Duval County, St. Augustine, and surrounding areas. Outside of work, Brian enjoys golfing, volunteering in the community, and spending time walking his dog, Charlie Girl.
Robert Eddy AKA Builder Bob
Superintendent
Robert, or "Builder Bob" as he is known by brings more than 20 years of construction leadership to MD Construction, with a background spanning custom homes, medical offices, and large residential communities. Known for his steady project oversight, strong quality‑control standards, and commitment to safety, he’s led teams through complex builds with precision and professionalism. Outside of work, Robert enjoys golfing, power walking, and cheering on his son at races.
